Mentorship & Formation

At Mt. Zion, mentorship and formation are at the heart of the internship experience. Interns grow in a Christ-centered community through weekly rhythms of prayer, theological seminars, and interpersonal relationship (IPR) sessions that foster emotional and spiritual health. In the first year, interns gain relational access to pastors and staff, while second- and third-year interns are paired with dedicated mentors for deeper guidance and accountability. Every step is designed to cultivate spiritual disciplines, shape Christlike character, and equip interns to lead from a place of wholeness and maturity.
